Monroe Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay.

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all age groups.
    • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
    • Perform preventive health screenings and patient education.
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record.
    • Participate in an on-call rotation shared among providers.
    • Full-time, no weekends

Information Technology Coordinator

Union | WV

The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support to employees throughout the organization and assisting with the maintenance, operation, and security of the organization’s information technology systems. This position will support computer hardware, software, operating systems, the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, telecommunications, internet connectivity, and other technology-related services.

    • Strong computer knowledge and technical skills.
    • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related problems.
    • Ability to learn and support new software applications and technology systems.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
    • One to two years of related IT or technical support experience preferred.
    • Experience supporting Electronic Health Records or other healthcare information systems is a plus.
    • Full-time, no weekends
