Requirements:

MD or DO, licensed (or eligible) in West Virginia

Board Certified in Pediatrics

Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications

EMR proficiency, strong communication, and leadership skills

Qualifications

Schedule
Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Facilities Manager

Monroe Health Center is seeking a Facilities Manager (Part-time or Full-time) to oversee maintenance and repairs across our locations in Union, Peterstown, Forest Hill, WV, and Craig County, VA.
Responsibilities include:

Ensuring safety, functionality, and cleanliness of all facilities

Managing HelpDesk maintenance tickets
-
Performing or coordinating repairs
-
Communicating with staff on issues affecting operations
-
Supervising custodial staff and tracking supplies
-
Maintaining housekeeping standards
-
Serving as liaison/project manager for upgrades, remodels, and facility projects

Qualifications

Proven experience in facility management (healthcare setting preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across multiple sites

Ability to prioritize and respond to maintenance needs based on urgency

Experience supervising staff and managing supplies/equipment inventories

Knowledge of project management for upgrades and renovations

Familiarity with healthcare facility standards and regulations (preferred)

High School Diploma or GED required; General Contractor’s License preferred

Valid Driver’s License required for travel between locations
