Equipped with advanced diagnostics like radiology and EKG, we also offer mental health counseling, tele-mental health, and specialty services such as home health referrals and medical massage. Our pediatric wing covers everything from immunizations to behavioral health. Explore our services below and contact us to schedule an appointment.
Monroe Health Center offers a sliding fee plan that provides our services to you at a rate based on your income. You may apply for this plan even if you have insurance coverage. You must provide proof of income to apply.

For nursing services, including Immunizations, Depo-Provera, B-12, Allergy Injections, Family Planning, and Lab Testing, visit us:
Mornings: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM Afternoons: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Monday to Friday. Remember to bring your immunization record(s).
Tuberculin Skin Tests (TB Tests or PPD’s) are available on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday during the same time slots.
