Monroe Health Center offers a sliding fee plan which provides our services to you at a rate based on your income. You may apply for this plan even if you have insurance coverage. You must provide proof of income to apply.

Angie Huffman
Dental HygienistBio
Angie Huffman joined the Craig County Dental Center as a Dental Hygienist in September 2010. After graduating from Alleghany High School, she received her Associate in Applied Science Degree at Virginia Western Community College. She is proud to be part of a team who provides quality dental care to all in need. She resides in Newport with her husband and two children,. She enjoys spending time with her family, being active in her church, and horseback riding.
Nicole Furrow
Dental HygienistBio
Nicole grew up in Southwest VA and graduated from Virginia Western Community College with honors. She enjoys working in a blended role providing care as both a Registered Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistant. Nicole works with our Dental staff in the School-Based Wellness Center in Craig County Schools and at our Craig County Dental Center helping to create a comfortable atmosphere for all of our patients. She enjoys spending time on the creek with her family and family dog swimming, canoeing and doing anything outdoors.
