Monroe Health Center is seeking an experienced, motivated, and clinically confident Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant or to join our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Forest Hill, West Virginia. • Responsibilities:The Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages within the scope of their training, licensure, and applicable West Virginia regulations. The successful candidate must have a strong background in family practice, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to independently manage a varied patient population.As the clinic's only onsite provider, the Practitioner will be responsible for day-to-day clinical decision-making, patient evaluation and treatment, ongoing management of chronic conditions, and coordination of care when referrals or additional services are needed. This role offers the opportunity to practice with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to the mission of an FQHC dedicated to improving access to healthcare in rural West Virginia.
• Qualifications: Current, unrestricted License to practice as an FNP or PA in West Virginia, as applicable. Current national certification through an appropriate recognized certifying body.
  
• Schedule :Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  Participation in a rotating after-hours telephone on-call schedule.
  On-call responsibilities are limited to telephone-based medical advice and clinical guidance; providers are not required to report to the office for on-call coverage.

Monroe Health Center is seeking a full-time Payroll & Accounts Payable Clerk working at the MHC Business Office in Union, WV. The Payroll & Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, accounts payable support, and related financial functions. This position is 40 hours per week working Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.  Great benefit package!

• Responsibilities: Payroll & Timekeeping, Utilize time and attendance and payroll software to process employee hours worked, paid time off (PTO), and holiday pay. Review bi-weekly timesheets for accuracy and completeness. Verify employee payroll deductions, including benefits, garnishments, and other withholdings. Accounts Payable & Financial Support, assist the CFO with accounts payable functions, including invoice review and processing. Reconcile and process reimbursement of petty cash expenditures for all MHC sites. Provider Credentialing, assist with provider credentialing processes, including documentation tracking and coordination as needed. Compliance, ensure compliance with FQHC requirements, HRSA regulations, and applicable federal and state laws, Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll, financial, and employee information
• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, Two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with payroll experience

Monroe Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Nurse (LPN or RN) to support our Providers at the Peterstown Health Center in Peterstown, WV. This position works closely with our Family Practice Providers and clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Responsibilities: Provide nursing support to Family Practice Providers and clinical teams. Assist with patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and other nursing services within scope of practice. Support Providers with examinations, procedures, and care coordination. Communicate effectively with patients, families, Providers, and other members of the healthcare team. Assist with maintaining efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow established clinical protocols, policies, and procedures. Promote quality, safety, and continuity of patient care.
• Qualifications: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical (LPN) license. Current BLS certification. Previous Family Practice, primary care, or ambulatory care experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Proficient with EMR systems.

Monroe Health Center is seeking a Full-time Registered Dietitian. This position's work location is at the Union Health Center in Union, WV. The Registered Dietitian (RD) provides comprehensive, culturally responsive, and patient-centered medical nutrition therapy to patients served by Monroe Health Center. The RD works as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team to address nutrition-related conditions, promote prevention and wellness, reduce health disparities, and improve health outcomes.

• Responsibilities: Provides individual and group nutrition services, develops individualized nutrition care plans, participates in population health and preventive care initiatives, coordinates care with medical and behavioral health providers, contributes to quality improvement activities, and engages with community partners to advance the health center's mission.

• Qualifications: Masters degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
  Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration, Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in WV, Current BLS certification, Experience with electronic health records, and knowledge of evidence-based nutrition practices and medical nutrition therapy.
