Pediatric Physician

Union, WV

Monroe Health Center is seeking a compassionate and energetic Pediatric Physician for our Union, West Virginia location. The ideal candidate must be licensed, experienced, and passionate about providing exemplary care to pediatric patients. As part of our team, the Pediatrician will manage a full caseload, work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff, and serve as a community leader in health and wellness. Our Federally Qualified Health Center fosters a supportive, family-like atmosphere where staff members work together to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Licensed to practice in the state of West Virginia or ability to obtain license in WV
• Board Certified
• Current ACLS, PALS and BLS Certifications
• Good interpersonal skills and communication
• Computer skills with Electronic Medical Records
• Compassionate and caring of patients

Schedule

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. No weekends.

Clinical Counselor

New Castle, VA

MONROE HEALTH CENTER is seeking a clinically Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor to work in our Craig County Health Center and our School-Based Wellness Center in Craig County, Virginia. Must be a clinically Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist, or ability to be licensed. If you have a passion for your work and desire to make a positive impact on this community, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Candidate must be comfortable with a patient population of adults, school-aged youth, and adolescents, experience in a school setting is a plus.

Schedule

Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm – No Weekends. We can be flexible with your schedule.

MHC is seeking a Full-time Mid-Level Provider (FNP or PA). This position would provide GAP Provider coverage at our Union Clinic, Peterstown Clinic, Forest Hill Clinic. Monroe Health Center is hiring a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for a family practice setting. This role covers all MHC locations (Union, Peterstown, and Forest Hill), with Union as the home site. Requires a current LPN license, BLS certification, and experience with patients of all ages. Must have strong EMR skills, communication abilities, and experience with injections, immunizations, patient screening, and assisting providers. Organizational and multitasking skills are essential. Travel to all locations required; valid driver’s license needed.

The ideal candidate has healthcare management experience, strong EMR proficiency, and preferably knowledge of value-based care. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, managing schedules, ensuring compliance, handling patient flow and collections, and collaborating on policy development. We seek a motivated leader who prioritizes patient care and builds strong relationships with staff and the community.
