Easy-to-Read Schedule for Preteens and Teens, 7-18 Years

Float Nurse - LPN/RN or CMA

UNION, WV

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Float Nurse to support our Providers across our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) locations. The home location for this position will be our Union Health Center, Union, WV, with travel to our other FQHC locations as needed.

Responsibilities: Travel between assigned FQHC locations to provide coverage and clinical support. Assist providers with patient care, injections, lab draws and testing, immunizations, screenings, and procedures.
Qualifications: Current nursing license or CMA certification, current BLS certification, strong EMR/computer skills, and excellent communication skills. Family medicine experience preferred.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week — No Weekends!
